R.L Signings, LLC was established by Rachel Gustafson in 2011. A decade into her career in the mortgage business, she experienced firsthand the disappointing "point and sign" approach taken by many notary services and knew she could do better for her clients.

Recognizing the importance of improving the signing experience for buyers and sellers, she began curating a team of experienced notaries to provide a best-in-class signing service, to go above and beyond by offering a thorough overview of the documents to the clients at the signing table.

Today, R.L. Signings partners with vetted and experienced notaries throughout the state of Washington, who are all extensively trained on a variety of legal documents and contracts, and who deliver knowledgeable, thorough, efficient, and convenient notary services.

Rachel has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years. She is a wife, mother to two young children, a small business owner, and a lifelong learner. She cherishes the four Fs: her faith, her freedom, her friends in the industry, and her family (and her R.L. Signings team is most definitely an extension of her family).
